Warpaint 2013
Warpaint is an exploration of the contemporary obsession with cosmetic appearance, particularly the multi-million pound industry that has grown up around the products now deemed necessary for even a simple evening out. Leaving its performers exhausted and covered in paint the performance is a vivid and bold piece of physical theatre combined with text exploring the power of womens’ desire to appear in a particular way in public.
